Biography

Unni Mary was born on March 12, 1962 in Ernakulam,Kerala,India. She is an actress, known for Akbar Saleem Anarkali (1979), Amar Deep (1979) and Aalkkoottathil Thaniye (1984).

Originally from Kerala where Malayalam is the spoken language, she had a tough time learning Telugu for her first Telugu film "America Ammayi" (1976), and her voice was eventually dubbed by another woman.

Was also involved in politics in Kerala.
