Biography

-Born in Quebec City (Canada), Elise de Blois graduated from Concordia University in Montreal with a B.A. in Film Production. For over 25 years, she has worked in the film industry, accumulating diverse experience as a script supervisor, prop operator, set designer and, for several years now, head set designer for popular Quebec films such as "De père en flic", "Starbuck", "Barney's Version" (2010 Genie Award for Best Art Direction), as well as for major American productions such as "Smurfs 2", "Immortals", "Gothica", "Pluto Nash"... In 1992, Elise took part in a motorcycle expedition from Montreal to Santiago, Chile, making 4 reports for the Télé-Québec television program Nord-Sud. She presented her film Fou Rien pis Personne at Cannes in 2013, in Trouville, France, at the Festival de la Ville de Québec, and in competition at the FNC in Montreal.
