Carlos De Valdez was born on March 19, 1894 in Arica, Peru. He was an actor, known for Lancer Spy (1937), Suez (1938) and Little Man, What Now? (1934). He died on October 30, 1939 in Encino, California, USA.

Stage actor.

A Peruvian stage actor, De Valdez looked considerably older than he actually was and therefore played an old man in his first Hollywood film. Married to actress Greta Meyer.
