- Manitas De Plata was born on August 7, 1921 in Cette [now Sète], Hérault, France. He was an actor and composer, known for After Hours (1985), The Flesh (1991) and I Love You (1986). He was married to Antoinette Maille. He died on November 5, 2014 in Montpellier, France.
