Alberto De Mello was born on 25 February 1933 in Macau, Portugal. He was an art director, known for Sabrina the Teenage Witch (1971), He-Man and She-Ra: The Secret of the Sword (1985) and He-Man and the Masters of the Universe (1983). He died on 12 November 2007 in Winnetka, California, USA.
