- Director Matthew Davis' eclectic career has also seen him as Cinematographer, Editor, Prop Master and Art Director. As screenwriter, Davis wrote SKULDUGGERY, the Silver Winning Family Film in the PAGE International Screenwriting Awards, and is developing the screenplay as an Episodic and VR Experience for Ultraspect Media. Davis' screenplays have been Finalists and Semi-Finalists in the Nicholl Fellowship, Austin Film Festival, and Project Greenlight.
Drawn to comedy, Davis directed the first season of the (2018) sitcom, "Humor Me," the comedy pilot, "Jaded," has written three Sitcom pilots, and directed several comedy sketches. In addition to his scripted directing, Davis has directed hundreds of hours of live performances with audiences up to 80,000 (Rolling Loud 2021, Miami).
Davis has a Master of Fine Arts degree from American Film Institute, where he met his intrepid wife and production partner, Allison Dunn who is an accomplished Film and Television Editor.
