Attila Dargay was born on 20 June 1927 in Mezõnyék, Hungary [now in Budapest, Hungary]. He was a director and writer, known for The Treasure of Swamp Castle (1985), The Little Fox (1981) and Gusztáv (1964). He was married to Irén Henrik. He died on 20 October 2009 in Budapest, Hungary.
