Streaming Stars, Then and Now

Rick Danko was born on 29 December 1943 in Simcoe, Ontario, Canada. He was a music artist and actor, known for Station Eleven (2021), Howl (2010) and The Last Waltz (1978). He was married to Elizabeth Grafton and Grace Seldner. He died on 10 December 1999 in Marbletown, New York, USA.

Elected to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame (as a member of the Band) in
1994.

Prefered to play the bass with a pick rather than the traditional
two-finger plucking style.

Used a Gibson Ripper bass for the farewell performance, commemorated in
the Scorsese film The Last Waltz, of The Band.
