Romina D'Ugo is a multi-disciplinary artist of Italian heritage, celebrated for her work as an actor, dancer, and jewelry designer. She is best known for her critically acclaimed performance as Alana in the feature film I Like Movies. A competitive and professional dancer since the age of 10, Romina was also one of the Top 20 performers on So You Think You Can Dance, and subsequently choreographed for stars Margot Robbie and Cara Delevingne in the DC Comics blockbuster Suicide Squad.
Romina's select television credits include Law & Order: Criminal Intent (Citytv, CW), Godfather of Harlem (MGM+), 12 Monkeys (Syfy), and Law & Order: SVU (NBC).
Beyond her work in dance, film, and television, Romina is the founder and designer of WILYMI Jewelry Co., a brand dedicated to intentional design and luxury aesthetics, for which she was nominated as Best Emerging Artist at the 2026 Canadian Fashion Awards. Recently, Romina starred in the feature films Portal to Hell (dir. Woody Bess) and Byeeee (dir. Chell Stephen), serving on the producing team for both projects. Portal to Hell premiered at the Slamdance Film Festival before receiving a wide national and international theatrical release, while the dark comedy Byeeee, marking D'Ugo's third collaboration with filmmaker Chell Stephen, continues its festival run. Her Canadian feature His Father's Son recently completed a successful festival and theatrical release and is now streaming on Crave. She also stars in Sacred Creatures, a sardonic Canadian/Italian co-production filmed in Chieri, Italy, which will have its world premiere at the Edinburgh International Film Festival.
