Rolando D'Lugo was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He is known for Andrea y Lorenzo (2016), Manga Warrior (2017) and Dios los cría 2 (2004).

Studied at Academia del Perpetuo Socorro in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

One of Rolando's biggest heroes is Argentinian rocker, Gustavo Cerati.

Rolando D'Lugo won the "Best Actor" award at the 9th edition of the "Rincón International Film Festival" held in Rincón, Puerto Rico, April 2016, for his performance as "Lorenzo" in the independent romantic comedy "Andrea y Lorenzo".

Rolando is a very accomplish rock drummer, citing Charly Alberti (Soda Stereo), Larry Mullen Jr. (U2) and Stewart Copeland (The Police) as his biggest drumming influences.
