César Baldaccini was born on January 1, 1921 in Marseille, France. He was an actor and production designer, known for Mon beau-frère a tué ma soeur (1986), Flash Love (1968) and Casino de Paris - Zizi Jeanmaire dans la revue de Roland Petit (1971). He died on December 6, 1998 in Paris, France.
