Edwina Currie was born on October 13, 1946 in Liverpool, Lancashire, England, UK. She is an actress, known for Justice in Wonderland (2000), Anyone for Pennis? (1995) and Screen One (1985). She was previously married to John Benjamin Paul Jones and Raymond F. Currie.

Former Conservative MP.

Her father was a Jewish tailor in Liverpool.

Supported Britain's entry into the European Single Currency when it was a member of the EU.

Marie Curie is my lifelong heroine and I'm proud to promote such a worthwhile charity. Even this year, in the midst of a recession, people are falling ill with cancer and really need their services, both the home nursing scheme and the wonderful hospices in Edinburgh and Glasgow. If I can encourage more support for them I shall be delighted.
