Paul Cronin was born on July 8, 1938 in Jamestown, South Australia, Australia. He was an actor, known for The Sullivans (1976), Matlock Police (1971) and Solo One (1976). He was married to Helen Margaret Kinnear. He died on September 13, 2019 in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

Now a very successful businessman living in Brisbane, Queensland

Was awarded the license to establish the Brisbane Bears AFL team in 1986 and went on to become president of the club from 1987 to 1989.

Was a farmer before turning to acting.

Won the Silver Logie five times including three years consecutively from 1978.
