Janette Craig

Grew up in Sydney and attended Rathbone Academy of Dramatic Art. Was cast in "Long John Silver" opposite Robert Newton. Won Miss New South Wales in 1957 and appeared in various stage, radio and television shows along with the film version of "Summer of the Seventeenth Doll". Married writer-composer-producer Eric Rasdall and later retired from acting after her daughter Bambi fell ill. She and Rasdall owned a television production company.
