Biography

Wendy has been involved in the film world since working as a greens person (wrangling bushes, really!) on the Cher starer, Mermaids filmed in Massachusetts in the late 80's. After a successful career as a Stage Manager in Regional Theater, she moved to Los Angeles to start her second career in film production. Wendy had the great good fortune to land a job at New Line Cinema just as they were starting to move from low budget franchise films to higher budget franchise films. After 18 months in the corporate world of physical production, Wendy ventured out into the land of freelance film work. For the next 10 years, employed as a Production Coordinator, she worked on some of the most iconic films of the 90's : Dumb and Dumber, Se7en and American History X. She also was very fortunate to work on feature films in Germany, the Czech Republic, Thailand and the Caribbean along with commercial work in several cities in Mexico, London, Paris, Hong Kong and Shanghai. Now a Line Producer and UPM, Wendy is back on the East coast working on independent features.

Wendy started her film career working on independent features and eventually landed a job as an assistant to the VP's of production at New Line Cinema in Los Angeles. Her connections and support at New Line helped to launch her career as a Production Coordinator on some of the most iconic films of the '90s; Se7en, Dumb and Dumber and American History X. Now a Line Producer and UPM, Wendy continues to work on a wide range of filmed entertainment - Feature films, Film and TV documentaries, streaming series and commercials. She also teaches Producing at Drexel University in Philadelphia.
