Michael Costanza is known for These Angels Are Cruel (2001), Law & Order (1990) and Totally F***ed Up (1993).

In 1999, he sued Jerry Seinfeld and Larry David for $100 million claiming that the character of George Costanza was based on him. He also claimed violation of his privacy and emotional distress. The case was dismissed.

A college friend of Jerry Seinfeld's. Seinfeld used his last name for the character George Costanza on Seinfeld (1989).
