As a seasoned Casting Director and Partner, Jason's journey in reality television began with a bang, as he made his debut as a cast member on MTV's iconic series, The Real World: Boston. Swiftly transitioning into casting for Bunim-Murray Productions, he refined his craft under the mentorship of some of the industry's pioneering reality producers. Eventually, Jason struck out on his own, founding Cornwell Casting Inc.His portfolio speaks volumes, spanning from adrenaline-fueled FOX game shows like MENTAL SAMURAI and CHERRIES WILD to sophisticated dating shows such as JOE MILLIONAIRE: FOR RICHER OR POORER and FARMER WANTS A WIFE. His latest success story includes the hit game show, THE 1% CLUB, exclusively on AMAZON PRIME. Originally from a small town in Arkansas, Jason now resides in Encino with his wife and son.
