Biography

Cole Coonce was the guitar player for post-punk rock act the Fontanelles, who performed the concert footage in Rick Sloane's cult classic, Hobgoblins (1988). He then formed Braindead Soundmachine, whose music is featured in the Greg Araki-directed feature The Living End (1992). Coonce later scored more movies, including Dan Zukovic's Conjurer of Monikers (1994) and The Last Big Thing (1996). He then lent his technical skills to both Jeopardy! and Wheel of Fortune as production sound mixer. In 2017 he began producing the web series, Dragstrip Rumble. He is the producer on the episodic documentary series, Go! Fever.
