His debut feature, The Treatment (2024), won multiple festival awards and is streaming on Prime Video, Apple TV, and Tubi. His second feature, The Dreamers of Fae Woods (2025), is an Irish mythology drama currently on the festival circuit.
Originally from Dublin, Conroy is the son of Don Conroy, the Irish artist and television presenter, and the brother of writer Richie Conroy. He makes character-driven work with a lean crew, shooting run-and-gun. His influences include Sidney Lumet, William Friedkin, and Orson Welles.
