- Heinie Conklin was born on July 16, 1886 in San Francisco, California, USA. He was also in seven other Best Picture nominees: She Done Him Wrong (1933), Ruggles of Red Gap (1935), Les Misérables (1935), Three Smart Girls (1936), One Hundred Men and a Girl (1937), Here Comes Mr. Jordan (1941) and The Pride of the Yankees (1942).
