Biography

Nina Companeez was born on August 26, 1937 in Boulogne-Billancourt, Hauts-de-Seine, France. She was a writer and director, known for Un pique-nique chez Osiris (2001), L'allée du roi (1996) and Faustine and the Beautiful Summer (1972). She died on April 9, 2015 in Paris, France.

Her TV series 'Voici venir l'orage' is based on her own family's history.
