Russell Collins was born on October 11, 1897 in Indianapolis, Indiana, USA. He was an actor, known for The Enemy Below (1957), Bad Day at Black Rock (1955) and Fail Safe (1964). He died on November 14, 1965 in West Hollywood, California, USA.

Balding, tough-looking American character actor, on stage with a stock company in Cleveland from 1922. During World War II helped entertain troops as part of the U.S.O.. Seen in feature films and in innumerable TV episodes of the 1950's and 60's.
