Biography

Ana Colchero was born in Veracruz, Mexico. She is the oldest of four siblings, Fernando, Marancha and Patricia. She studied economics but decided to go to France to study theater.

Her favorite painters are Picasso and Diego Creek. Her apartment, which is located to the south of Mexico, is filled with pictures by them.

Stunned the television industry by quitting the series Nada personal (1996), claiming that the producers had so changed her character that she could no longer in conscience play the part. TV Azteca, series production company, sued the actress for breach of contract.
