Biography

Ambrose Coghill was born in 1903 in Skibbereen, County Cork, Ireland. He was an actor, known for A Ghost Story for Christmas (1971), Doctor Faustus (1967) and The Charge of the Light Brigade (1968). He died on June 6, 1983 in Aberlour, Moray, Scotland, UK.

He became an actor at the age of 60, when his brother gave him a job on "Doctor Faustus" to help him out of financial difficulties.
