- Stuart Cloete was born on July 23, 1897 in Paris, France. He was a writer, known for The Fiercest Heart (1961), Schlitz Playhouse (1951) and Majuba: Heuwel van Duiwe (1968). He died on March 19, 1976 in Cape Town, South Africa.
