Biography

David Clencie is an Australian actor and voice artist. Clencie also for two years Clencie played Danny Ramsay in the soap opera Neighbours a show which made him a household name in Melbourne. He left the cast after he and the producers agreed that his character would be rested in 1986, Danny left with little fanfare. After leaving Neighbours, Clencie admitted that his work ethic on the show let himself and producers down on multiple occasions. He had a career in real estate. He made guest appearances in numerous television dramas, including Blue Heelers. He briefly reprised his Neighbours role in July 2005 before his back on show that made him famous and going into voice acting voicing radio and television ads..

He also appeared in Cop Shop and The Sullivans.
