  • Devin Ozgur Cinar graduated from the State Conservatory of Hacettepe University and began her career in theater before moving on to television projects. She made her breakthrough with a prominent role in the highly acclaimed and widely watched TV series ikinci Bahar, which brought her national recognition. Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to work with some of the most respected figures in Turkish cinema, including Ugur Yucel, Yavuz Turgul, and Tayfun Pirselimoglu.

    She played the leading role in Hayat Turkusu, a drama series broadcast on TRT that ran for 61 episodes. For her performance in Yavuz Turgul's film Gonul Yarasi, she received several nominations in the Best Supporting Actress category. Around the same time, she took the stage in Mikado'nun Copleri (The Garbage of Mikado), a two-person play directed by Zeliha Berksoy, sharing the lead with Timucin Esen. The play ran for three years with sold-out performances and toured both nationally and internationally, including in Germany and France.

    She won the Best Actress Award at the 48th Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival for her leading role in Geriye Kalan in 2011. She has since appeared in many highly rated and popular television series. In addition to acting, she has increasingly focused on screenwriting. After initially working in writers' rooms, she developed a strong presence as a writer. She co-wrote and co-starred with Engin Gunaydin in the digital series 10 Bin Adim (10,000 Steps), which aired for two seasons on the streaming platform Gain.

    Most recently, she wrote all eight episodes of the mini-series Fer, produced by Besiktas Kultur Merkezi, and also appeared in the cast.
