Streaming Stars, Then and Now

Kang-Chien Chiu was born in 1940 in Gulangyu, Fujian, China. He was a writer and director, known for Rouge (1987), Center Stage (1991) and Love Unto Waste (1986). He died on 27 November 2013 in China.
