- Sue Chipperton has over 30 years experience as an animal trainer/coordinator. Working for 20 years at Studio Animal Services in Los Angeles, she relocated to Oahu, Hawai'i in March 2014 and started her own animal company Check The Gate. Sue is based on Oahu and now travels back and forth to the mainland working on film, television and commercials.
Some of the recent Hawai'i jobs include training the dobermans and supplying all animals on Magnum PI, NCIS:Hawai'i and Hawaii Five-0. Lilo & Stitch, Triple Frontier and Jungle Cruise are recent films coordinated by Sue on Oahu and Kauai.
Sue trained Gidget, The Taco Bell Dog and shot over 40 commercials with her (national, regional and test market). The Aflac duck and the puppies from the Budweiser Super Bowl (Puppy Love & Lost Dog)commercials are also highlights of Sue's career.
