John Chimples is an Emmy, ACE and Peabody award winning picture editor and a NAACP Image Award winning producer. He has had a long career cutting commercials, scripted narrative, unscripted series, news segments and documentaries. He has been working on scripted television at Tyler Perry Studios for the past 4 years. For the 4 years before that, he worked at VICE media on the HBO news magazine and nightly shows.
