Oldest child of Guyanese immigrants, and the first member of her family to be born in the United States of America.

Received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern California in 2006 with a minor in Business.

Lived in Brooklyn, New York for a short time on Ocean Parkway, right on the cusp of the Flatbush and Park Slope border.

Has a younger brother named Kevin.
