Sung-Young Chen was born on 1 July 1941 in Taipei City, Taipei, Taiwan. He was an actor and director, known for A City of Sadness (1989), Wu hu si hai (1992) and That Vital Organ (1991). He died on 17 December 2021 in Guishan District, Taiwan.
