Igor Cavalera was born on September 4, 1970 in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil. He is an actor, known for Babylon A.D. (2008), Reality Bites (1994) and Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby (2006). He has been married to Monika Cavalera since July 8, 1995.

Brother of Soulfly vocalist and guitarist Max Cavalera. 1984-Present: Drums and Percussion for Brasilian Metal band Sepultura. Formed Sepultura in 1983 with his brother, Max Cavalera.
