- Mac Caudill is known for Starting Over (2003), The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King (2003) and A Valiant Kiss for the Closet Monster (1997).
- Mac has played the trumpet for over 20 years. He once performed a concert in Baton Rouge for international trumpeter Wynton Marsalis.
- Produced, directed and edited the multimedia segment of a stage production of Richard Foreman's "Film is Evil: Radio is Good" for the Son of Semele Ensemble.
- In his spare time, he is a 3-time Ironman finisher and an 11-time marathon finisher, including races in California, Nevada, North Carolina, Indiana and Kentucky.
