Marisa Lloreda is film and television producer, director, and development executive with decades of experience. Early in her career, she worked with producers Irwin Yablans (Halloween), Harry Ufland (The Last Temptation of Christ), and Roberto Bessi (Ladyhawke). At Berk/Schwartz Productions, she worked on development and production of Baywatch during its first syndicated season.
Marisa was a producer of the 2023 Primetime Emmy-nominated documentary "My Transparent Life" and showrunner of "Dream Life" and "Hollywood Disclosure." She wrote and directed the award-winning documentary "Streets of Flamenco," filmed in Spain, which inspired her feature "Solo Duet," which she is producing with Gabriela Tagliavini attached to direct.
Through Redbarre Media, Marisa is developing the documentary series "Heretics" and "After the Greenrush," both of which she will produce and direct. She is a Television Academy member and longtime judge for the MIPCOM Buyers' Award for Japanese Drama.
