Biography

Norman Casserly is known for Diary of a Nudist (1961), The Shameless (1962) and Gentlemen Prefer Nature Girls (1963).

Throughout the 1970s, Norman was a midwife and became known as 'Mister Midwifery', as it has been said that he has assisted with over 3500 home births. In 1975, Norris the Troubadour & Seaboard Coastliners released a song inspired by him called "Mr. Midwifery (Norman Casserley)".

Made his first film appearance as the newspaper editor in Doris Wishman's Diary Of A Nudist (1961). At the time he was the manager of the Sunny Palms Lodge in Florida, where the film was almost entirely shot.
