Daniel Casey was born on June 1, 1972 in Stockton-on-Tees, County Durham, England, UK. He is an actor, known for Midsomer Murders (1997), Hex (2004) and Marchlands (2011). He has been married to Ellie since October 2005. They have two children.

Has two sons, Rafferty and Milo, with wife Ellie Casey.

Attended Grey College, Durham, graduating with a BA in English literature before pursuing a career in acting.

Father, Luke Casey, is a regional journalist and television presenter.
