Joining ASCAP in 1952, her chief musical collaborators include Arthur Siegel and Richard Lewine. Her other popular-song compositions include "Penny Candy", "Monotonous", "The Boy Most Likely to Succeed", "Let's Hold Hands", "I Want You to Be the First to Know", "He Takes Me Off His Income Tax" and "Rinka Tinka Man".
