Biography

Eddie Carroll was born in 1907. He was an actor, known for Let's Make a Night of It (1937) and Eddie Carroll and His Orchestra (1939). He died in December 1969 in Somerset, England, UK.

Served with the British Army from 1941 to 1945.

English pianist and band leader (from 1937). Started as a professional cinema pianist and, later, sideman for the orchestras of Ambrose, Maurice Winnick, Lew Stone and Henry Hall.

Was musical director on the liner Queen Mary from 1936 to 1937.
