Biography

Pepper Carlson-Humphrey is a multi award winning Producer, Production Manager, and operations professional with more than 25 years of experience in film, television, commercials, and digital media. In addition to her production background, Pepper's work has expanded into mediation, conflict resolution, workplace culture, safety, and mental health advocacy. She is a Certified Mediator, Certified Mental Health Coordinator, Certified Trauma Support Specialist, Certified SAG-AFTRA Intimacy Coordinator, and CSATF Safety Advisor.

Pepper holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, earned her UCLA Extension Paralegal Certificate with Distinction, and is completing a Master of Arts in Psychology at Pepperdine University. Her work focuses on communication, conflict resolution, and creating healthier workplace environments within and beyond the entertainment industry.
