Biography

Sal began his career in film and t.v. as a Set Builder while attending film school in NY. Moving from the shop to the set as a Production Assistant, he was encouraged by a Producer to take a job in Production Finance where he quickly learned how to budget and manage accounting for numerous film and TV projects. Sal eventually found a home with HBO where he continued working on some of their biggest productions, including 6 seasons of the ground breaking series "The Sopranos." After moving in house at HBO as VP of Production Finance, he returned to free-lance, eventually becoming a Producer on "The Marvelous Mrs Maisel" for Amazon Studios. The series has gone on to win numerous awards for its 1st season, including a 2018 Emmy Award for Outstanding Comedy Series and continues to be nominated and win awards into it's 4th season.
