Mihaela Caracas is a Romanian film and theatre actress .She was born in August 13 1953 in Bucuresti, Romania. She graduated from Institute of Theatrical Arts and Cinematography in 1978.In 1969, she plays first role in the movie Vîrstele omului . Other notable roles in films : Singuratatea florilor (1976), Din nou împreuna (1978) . Play on the stage of the theater ''Bulandra '' in Bucuresti.She was married with actor Ion Caramitru.
