- Eduardo was born in Mexico. His mother, Maria del Carmen Vazquez Alcaide, is Spanish. His father, Manuel Capetillo, is Mexican. The first husband of his mother, Carlos Arruza, was a famous Mexican torero. From their marriage five children were born: three girls and two boys. After Carlos's death Maria met Manuel Capetillo - another famous torero who became her second husband. He already had two sons: Guillermo and Manuel. Now they both are toreros and from time to time Guillermo works as an actor too. Eduardo started his carier as a singer in a band called "Timbiriche". There he met Bibi who became his wife. After a couple of years singing he started his carier as an actor. One of his most famous serials is "MariMar" where he stars with Thalia. Eduardo and Bibi have three children: Eduardo Jr., Ana Paula, and Alejandro. Eduardo lives in Spain with his family, because he stars in a very successful spanish serial called "The Secret" /"El Secreto"/.
