Arsenio Campos was born on 26 January 1946 in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico. He was an actor, known for Soy tu dueña (2010), Las puertas del paraíso (1971) and Los doce malditos (1974). He was married to María Teresa Santoscoy. He died on 1 April 2025 in Saltillo, Coahuila, Mexico.

It is known that in 2019 he took a creative writing course, with which he continued his passion for teaching.

Arsenio had been settled in Saltillo, Coahuila since 1996, moving away from the forums.
