  • Met Ramón Arcusa when they both worked as mechanics at the Elizalde SA aviation engine company in the late 1950s.
  • Together with Ramón Arcusa they became the first pop music idols and pioneers of the so-called fan phenomenon in Spain and would go on to make four films.
  • At the early age of 20, he began working as a lathe operator at Elizalde SA, where he met Ramón Arcusa , who would become his artistic partner for at least fifty years .
