- Born of a French mother and a Cuban father. Studied astronomy and literature in Cadiz. Lecturer Spanish and Spanish American literature at the Universidad Nacional de Bogotá. Moved to Madrid during the sixties, where he became active as a poet, publishing in various periodicals. Winner of several poetry prizes in Spain and Latin America.
