- The Baton Rouge Police Department issued an arrest warrent for C-Murder. He was accused of shooting two men (including the owner) of Club Raggs in Baton Rouge.
- Arrested on suspicion of committing a murder in Harvey, Louisiana, on 12 January while out on bail from the other murder charges.
- [October 2003] Sentenced to life in prison after being convicted of the shooting death of 16 year-old Steve Thomas outside the Platinum Club.
