Geir Børresen was born on November 16, 1942. He was an actor, known for Blücher (1988), Sesam Stasjon (1991) and Remonstrance (1972). He was married to ???. He died on July 25, 2022 in Bærum, Norway.

Sesame Workshop thought that Geir Børresen was too tall for the Max Mekker puppet to work. So in order to fit in the costume he walked around with bent knees, almost lowering his height by 50 centimeters (almost 20 inches).

For one of his songs on a 'Smurfs' album he covered the Silly Song from 'Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs'.

Provided the voice of Trigger in the Norwegian dub of Disney's 'Robin Hood'.
