- Bill Byrge worked for the Metro Nashville Public Library in Nashville, Tennessee, for over 20 years. He has had a successful career with the library, but retired in the summer of 1995 to work full-time on his movie career. He appeared in several movies with Jim Varney (Ernest). He also appeared in a few music videos with Ray Stevens, such as "Sitting up with the Dead", wherein he was the one in the coffin.
