Biography

Branimir Brstina is well known Serbian TV, movie and theatre actor. He is particularly gifted comedian often casted for the roles of charismatic and strange characters. Brstina was born on January 4, 1960 in Banatsko Veliko Selo, a small village in northern Serbia. He finished primary school and high school in Zrenjanin. He graduated acting at the University of Belgrade in 1982. As of 1983 he is full time member of the Belgrade based theatre "Atelier 212". Apart from roles in that theatre he acted in productions of other theaters as well, namely Beogradsko Dramsko Pozoriste, Zvezdara Teatar and the Serbian National Theater. Alongside with his theater career he often acts on TV and film.
